LETS Terms of Service

Welcome to LETS (“LETS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “user”) and LETS, a nonprofit organization registered in the United States. These Terms govern your use of our websites (including www.letsempower.org and its subdomains), mobile applications, educational programs, affiliate services, physical and digital products, and all other LETS-related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements or policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.
1. About LETS and Our Purpose
LETS is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization headquartered in the state of Tennessee, United States. Our mission is to prevent human trafficking, poverty, and abuse through educational empowerment, menstrual health training, and family strengthening programs. We offer online and in-person educational programs, digital resources, affiliate opportunities, and curated physical products to support this mission.
LETS offers select products and services to support our mission, but operates solely as a nonprofit organization under IRS 501(c)(3) status. Any revenue generated directly funds educational, operational, or humanitarian efforts consistent with our exempt purpose.
2. Eligibility and Use of Services

All content and materials available through the Services—including but not limited to courses, training materials, videos, documents, designs, logos, graphics, text, and software—are the exclusive property of LETS or its licensors and are protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for lawful, non-commercial purposes aligned with LETS’s mission. You may not:

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
You agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes or claims informally by contacting
[email protected]. If resolution is not reached within 60 days, you and LETS agree to resolve any dispute by binding arbitration conducted by a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Jackson, Tennessee. The language of arbitration shall be English.
You waive your right to bring any claim in court or to participate in a class action. Each party agrees to bring disputes in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Madison County, Tennessee for any disputes not subject to arbitration.
15. Force Majeure
LETS shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, governmental actions, or internet service disruptions.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any supplemental agreements (such as an Affiliate Agreement), constitute the entire agreement between you and LETS concerning the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous communications.
